After a few moments from the purchase of the products, you will receive an email for the confirmation of the order.
We guarantee the shipment and assignment of your order to the express courier within 24 hours.
At this point you will receive a new email containing the Tracking Code thanks to which you will be able to track your parcel.
Our deliveries are very fast: over 90% of Terpy shipments are made in 48 hours. The express courier makes deliveries from Monday to Friday, which means that there will be no deliveries out of working days.

Can I pay for the order by credit card directly from the website?
On our Terpy Shop it is possible to pay by credit/debit card.
Cash on delivery is not available for orders sent to a European state other than Italy.
